Seeking a full-time remote Software Quality Assurance Analyst, the successful candidate will manage ongoing functional testing for web-based applications, create detailed test plans, and report defects while collaborating with team members to enhance product quality. Key responsibilities:
Conduct ongoing functional testing of enhancements and defects for web-based applications and document production software Assume ownership of testing for multiple customer projects and create detailed test plans and test cases Report, track, and analyze defects while communicating progress to management and providing 2nd tier customer support as needed
Required qualifications:
2+ years of experience in software quality assurance Proven capability in test planning, test case creation, and documentation Strong communication skills to convey concepts and updates to various personnel Ability to work independently and collaboratively across teams Familiarity with the Waterfall development concept
