Leading high-complexity projects in a remote environment, the full-time salaried DevOps Lead will deploy, secure, and maintain robust applications in AWS while shaping technical strategies and nurturing team talent. Key responsibilities
Build and design cloud infrastructure on AWS, overseeing projects from architecture to implementation Lead critical technical issue resolution and introduce innovative solutions for high-priority clients Recruit, onboard, and mentor team members, fostering a high-performing and inclusive culture
Required qualifications
5+ years of DevOps experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership role Hands-on experience with AWS, Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD tooling Strong command of infrastructure-as-code tools such as AWS CDK, Terraform, or CDKTF Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field Excellent English proficiency for business communications
