Operations Manager

Our client is a commercial cleaning business that does offices, events, warehouses and the County of Orange. The company was started by an immigrant 50 years ago and has a rich history locally.

We are searching for an Operations Manager to manage the day-to-day operations with around five direct reports. You will interact with clients and manage the crews.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as an Operations Manager or in a similar leadership role in the janitorial or facilities management industry.
• Strong understanding of commercial cleaning standards, chemicals, equipment, and best practices.
