To support the Global Sales Enablement team, the full-time remote Global Sales Enablement Systems Administrator will manage day-to-day administration, maintenance, and improvement of seller enablement platforms, serving as the primary point of contact for technical support and collaborating on new builds. Key responsibilities
Own day-to-day platform administration, including user provisioning, content management, and system hygiene Resolve support tickets and act as the first line of support for technical and access issues Build and maintain dashboards and data workflows for reporting and operational decision-making
Required qualifications
3+ years of experience in systems administration, technical operations, or a related role Experience with system user management and user access provisioning Working knowledge of HTML, JavaScript, and CSS Experience with Google Sheets or similar tools Foundational data literacy, including reading reports and interpreting data structures
