Leading the development of category negotiation strategies, the full-time Contract Design Manager will manage the end-to-end contract life cycle and provide expert guidance on market trends, all while working remotely. Key responsibilities
Develop comprehensive category negotiation strategies and oversee the entire contract life cycle Synthesize complex market trend data to drive innovative solution development and continuous strategy improvement Facilitate communication of relevant information and engage end-users and stakeholders to achieve consensus on contract awards
Required qualifications
High School diploma equivalency with 3 years of cumulative experience OR Associate's/Bachelor's degree with 2 years of cumulative experience OR 7 years of applicable job-specific experience 3 years of leadership or management experience preferred Professional experience in healthcare supply chain, project management, or a related field is preferred
