To drive operational excellence, the full-time Linux System Engineer will deploy, optimize, and configure Linux-based application environments while ensuring the reliability and performance of critical medical imaging systems. Key Responsibilities
Install, configure, and optimize software solutions on Linux-based servers, performing server additions, upgrades, and disaster recovery activities Develop scripts and automation tools to streamline system administration workflows and standardize deployment architectures Implement improvements to maximize application robustness, uptime, and performance across server, network, and storage layers
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent experience 5-7+ years of system administration experience in Linux-based environments Red Hat Enterprise Linux (RHEL) certification or equivalent hands-on experience Proficiency with PostgreSQL and scripting skills in Shell, Python, or PowerShell Solid understanding of Linux and Windows operating systems, networking, and storage
