Seeking a strategic and collaborative Creative Content Lead, this full-time remote position will manage Bobbie's content ecosystem, develop comprehensive content plans, and lead a team of writers and video editors to ensure effective messaging across channels. Key responsibilities
Own and enhance Bobbie's content ecosystem by identifying opportunities to adapt and repurpose existing content Lead weekly content coordination and planning processes, aligning stakeholders with messaging priorities and campaign strategies Manage and develop a team of writers and video editors, providing direction and feedback to ensure high-quality content delivery
Required qualifications
8+ years of experience in content strategy, editorial leadership, or related fields Experience managing content teams, including writers, editors, and video creators Exceptional writing, editing, and storytelling abilities Deep understanding of marketing funnels and customer journeys Familiarity with SEO and emerging content best practices for AI-powered platforms
