Designing and implementing sustainable learning technology solutions, the full-time Learning Technology Solutions Engineer will manage architecture and integrations primarily for the Learning Management System while collaborating with internal teams and ensuring compliance and efficiency in a remote setting. Key responsibilities
Design and manage solutions across diverse applications, focusing on the Learning Management System and related business systems Document architecture, processes, and workflows to support scalability and shared understanding Investigate and resolve level 3 escalations of system challenges while providing technical mentorship
Required qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline Minimum of five to seven years of related technical experience with increasing responsibility Experience in designing and maintaining automation scripts and services for workflow integration Ability to understand and orchestrate back-end communication between learning assets and systems Strong problem-solving skills focused on sustainable and practical solutions
