What You'll Do
Design, develop, and maintain custom Salesforce solutions using Apex, Triggers, and Lightning Web Components (LWC) across Sales Cloud and Service Cloud Build and optimize automation using Flows, Batch Apex, and Scheduled jobs to support high-volume financial services operations Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate advisor and operational workflows into scalable CRM configurations Support and enhance integrations between Salesforce and external platforms Manage CI/CD deployments and maintain release governance using tools such as Copado, AutoRABIT, or equivalent Conduct code reviews, enforce platform best practices, and maintain governor limit compliance Participate in Agile sprints alongside product owners, QA, and business analysts What We're Looking For
6+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience Strong proficiency in Apex, LWC, SOQL, and Flow automation Service Cloud experience required; Sales Cloud experience a plus Experience with Salesforce DevOps tooling (Copado, AutoRABIT, Flosum, or similar) Familiarity with Salesforce security models - profiles, permission sets, role hierarchy, sharing rules Experience in financial services, insurance, or wealth management environments preferred Salesforce Platform Developer I certification required; PD2 or Service Cloud Specialist a strong plus Excellent communication skills - ability to work directly with business stakeholders onsite
Compensation: $60.00 - $75.00 per hour
