We are seeking an experienced
Mobile Maintenance Engineer (Electrical Bias)
to support planned and reactive maintenance across sites within the
Great Portland Estates (GPE)
portfolio in Central London. You will be responsible for ensuring building services assets are maintained safely, efficiently, and in line with statutory compliance, working across a range of high-quality commercial environments. This is a hands-on engineering role involving fault finding, PPM delivery, reactive maintenance, and supporting the smooth operation of critical building systems. Key Responsibilities
Carry out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive maintenance
Maintain and repair electrical and mechanical building services systems
Fault-find across HVAC, BMS, pumps, generators, switchgear, lighting and small power systems
Complete CAFM (simPRO) work orders with accurate records and photographic evidence
Support statutory compliance checks and maintain site logbooks
Respond to BMS alarms and plant issues using first-line diagnos...
