Software Engineering Location : Hybrid (London office / remote) Responsible to : Head of Engineering Job purpose : The individual will play a key role in the overall success of Becrypt. As a Project Manager you will play a pivotal role in leading and managing development projects from inception to delivery, and run product-level teams as a Scrum Lead. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including software developers, architects and quality assurance engineers, to ensure projects are completed on time, within scope, and to the highest quality standards. The successful candidate must have the ability to work in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities. Principal duties and responsibilities: Project Planning: Develop detailed project plans, including scope, objectives, timelines, and resource allocation, in collaboration with stakeholders. Team Leadership: Lead and motivate cross-functional project teams to ensure clear communication, collaboration, and adherence to project goals. Risk Management: Identify and proactively manage project risks and issues, taking corrective actions as necessary to keep projects on track.
