Overview Location: Bridgewater, NJ - Onsite Tue, Wed, and Thu (Monday and Friday Remote)
Looking for an enterprise BA role across Marketing, IT, Product, and CX teams.
Responsibilities
Work with the various areas of business, lead discovery workshops between Marketing, Product, IT/Data team etc.
Gather requirements.
Document End-to-end business processes (customer lifecycle journey maps)
Document Business and Functional requirements
Work with the business and IT team to clarify any questions and act as liaison.
Coordinate and facilitate the UAT
Experience working in Agile framework is a plus.
Understanding of Bynder - Digital Asset Management tool
Business knowledge of Direct-to-Consumer (D2C) and CX is a plus
