Job Responsibilities
Laptop/PC imaging, configuration, and setup Delivering new devices, data transfer, and connecting to M365 cloud services Software installs & configurations Working Incident/Request tickets in ServiceNow Windows 11 & M365 suite support Basic Wi‑Fi/network troubleshooting Managing hardware asset inventory Fast‑paced – must be organized and adaptable Experience in a plant/manufacturing setting is a plus
Required Skills
Strong experience with Laptop/PC imaging & setup (primary focus) Reliable transportation to rotate between 3 Lanxess sites
Work Schedule
Any 8‑hour shift between 7 AM – 5 PM (30‑min lunch) Standard shift: 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM
