Base pay range $40.00/hr - $45.00/hr
Location: Alpharetta, GA. Remote offices: 30 remote offices with growing organization.
Contract to Hire. For the first 30 days you must work in‑office every day. After 30 siihen, you will work in‑office 2 times per month for team meetings.
Eligible for Visionaire Partners benefits package during the contract and end‑client's benefits package upon conversion to permanent employment. RESPONSIBILITIES
Act as final escalation point for Tier 1/2 Specialists
Perform advanced technical support and system admin functions, resolving difficult open issues to a resolved status
Assist with application, OS, and networking‑related issues
Help advance automation of OS patching, configuration of machines via imaging, and push for automation where appropriate
REQUIRED
abot 7+ years of IT/Technical Support experience
3+ years Tier III Support experience
2+ years of System Admin experience
Mac Administration & Support experience
Mobile Device Management experience (laptops/Macs, not phones)
Powershell Scripting experience
OS Patching experience
Imaging experience
Network Troubleshooting skills (firewall, routing, switching, storage, backup, recovery)
Wireless Networking troubleshooting skills
Endpoint management experience (VMWare, Workspace One, Airwatch)
Excellent communication skills and ability to work well with a team
PREFERRED W2 only; no 3rd parties, Visa sponsorship, or C2C.
