Catalyst Acoustics Group Catalyst Acoustics Group, the parent company of a leading portfolio of acoustic, seismic, vibration, and noise control companies, is seeking a talented Content Marketing Manager to expand brand awareness and strengthen our digital presence.
In this role, you will execute inbound and outbound marketing communications strategies across CAG brands, including content marketing, social media, digital campaigns, advertising, trade show coordination, and support for outside sales representatives.
The ideal candidate is a creative and organized marketing professional with a strong copywriting background and experience developing and executing integrated communications strategies. This role requires up to 10% travel.
Core Responsibilities Content Strategy & Development Develop and execute integrated marketing communications strategies aligned with business objectives.
Create content for print and digital channels, including:
Product pages and landing pages
Brochures and press releases
Blogs and case studies
Video and podcast scripts
Ensure content attracts, engages, and retains target audiences.
Campaign Planning & Execution Develop and manage the marketing calendar to ensure timely execution of campaigns.
Coordinate cross-functional efforts to deliver marketing initiatives on schedule.
Track campaign performance and support continuous improvement.
Digital Marketing & Social Media Design and execute email marketing campaigns, including:
Copy writing and subject line development
List management and segmentation
Performance tracking
Create and publish content across social media platforms to drive engagement and visibility.
Advertising & Brand Promotion Manage relationships with advertising partners.
Coordinate media buys with industry publications.
Collaborate with design teams on print and digital advertising materials.
Events, Webinars & CEU Programs Plan, schedule, and host webinars, podcasts, and live CEU events.
Manage the CEU program, including:
Scheduling presentations
Coordinating new content with subject matter experts
Maintaining reporting and compliance documentation
Trade Shows & Sales Support Coordinate trade show activities, including:
Event booking and logistics
Booth planning and execution
Post-show follow-up
Support outside sales teams with marketing materials and initiatives.
Product Marketing & Insights Participate in New Product Development (NPD) meetings.
Support commercialization and go‑to‑market efforts for product launches.
Partner with internal teams to develop industry surveys and gather customer insights.
Content Quality & Brand Consistency Edit, proofread, and optimize content across all channels.
Ensure consistency in messaging, tone, and brand alignment.
Cross-Functional Collaboration Partner with designers, marketing team members, sales professionals, external influencers, and industry experts to produce high-quality, relevant content aligned with audience needs.
Required Skills
Proven experience in content marketing or a similar role
Strong copywriting and communication skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and marketing platforms (e.g., HubSpot, CMS tools)
Strong understanding of social media platforms and content strategy
Excellent project management and organizational skills
Podcast experience is a plus
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or a related field
Experience in acoustics or manufacturing industries is a plus
