Responsibilities
Generate leads and close agreements.
Process renewal payments.
Physically handle merchandise to maintain showroom floors.
Build long‑lasting customer and vendor relationships.
Set sales goals and drive new business with marketing strategies.
Assist the General Manager with operational functions.
Assist with deliveries when a driver is not available.
Qualifications
Strong interpersonal and leadership skills.
Approach to marketing.
Desire to make a difference for customers.
Age 21 (18 in Canada).
HS diploma or equivalent preferred.
Two years of college or prior management experience preferred.
Valid state driver's license; meets DOT certification (U.S.).
Flexible schedule 8 am–9 pm.
Able to lift up to 50 lbs without help and 300 lbs with a dolly.

Note: The salary range above is the lowest to highest rate we believe we will pay for this role. It may be modified in the future and vary based on education, experience, location, performance, etc. Additional compensation is at company discretion.
