Job Overview Join an elite group of sales professionals delivering customized, white‑glove experiences directly in the customer’s home. Field Sales Representatives at AT&T are driven to connect – every interaction is an opportunity to introduce the latest technology and services, thriving on the challenge to make your sales goals happen. With uncapped commission potential, your career and the rewards that come with it are within reach. New representatives earn between $61,800 and $100,000, including salary and commission. Salary range is dependent on meeting and/or exceeding sales goals. Key Responsibilities Act as the face and voice of AT&T, delivering personalized sales interactions at scheduled appointments. Close deals by offering hands‑on demos, Wi‑Fi assessments, tech delivery, and issue resolution to keep customers connected to what matters most. Engage with existing customers daily and prospect new warm leads from appointments provided by AT&T. Utilize strong negotiation and communication skills to make smooth pivots and secure sales. Qualifications & Expectations 1+ years of commission sales experience required; outside sales experience highly preferred. Demonstrated success in commission sales and achieving sales targets. Proficiency in upselling techniques that enhance customer value and satisfaction. Strong verbal communication skills and ability to build rapport quickly. Valid driver’s license; company vehicle provided for official business use only. Ability to work a varied schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, to meet customer timelines. Employment contingent upon successful background check, drug screening, criminal history, and motor vehicle record.
