You will work with one or more of the following technologies:

Backup
You will regularly work with other members of the organization as part of a cross‑functional team.
You will build strong relationships with customers and peers.
You will assist in driving escalations to resolution.
You will participate in improvement of internal processes (LEAN/ACE/CORE).
You will use your technical knowledge and experience to facilitate resolution of service requests and restoration tickets.
You will assist with the implementation of technical solutions to support the projects you are assigned.
You will provide support for the Tier 1 and Tier 2 infrastructure teams.

Qualifications You Must Have
Typically requires a University Degree and a minimum of 2 years of prior relevant experience or an Advanced Degree.
Active DoD Secret Clearance is required day 1 of employment.
U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance.
Experience supporting technology in a professional environment such as
Desktop Support, Server Administration, and Virtualization Technologies (VMware, etc.)
Linux Systems Administration
Networking (important)
Compliance frameworks (NIST 800–53)
Ability to obtain IAT Level II certification (e.g., Sec+) is preferred.
Qualifications We Prefer
Technology certifications (Systems Administration, Cloud, etc.)
Security certifications (Sec+, CISSP, etc.)
Govt. Security Clearance (Collateral / Secret)

Salary Range USD 68,900 – 131,100 (based on experience)
