Estimated Gross Weekly Pay: $864 $250 CONTRACT COMPLETION BONUSOpportunity: CNA - LTC Job Details: • 13-week contract with a start date of 7/20 • 36 guaranteed hours per week • 12-hour day/night variable shifts: 7:00 AM - 7:30 PM or 7:00 PM - 7:30 AM • Every other weekend and holiday rotation required • Float to all inpatient units as needed, including Tomahawk, Howard Young, and Eagle River locations; floating may be prescheduled • May be placed on low census call; call back minimum is 2 hours • 36 hours of unbillable low census hours eligible per contract • Required certifications: AHA BLS, WI CNA • Minimum 1 year of previous inpatient hospital experience required • Epic charting experience strongly preferred • Unit-specific experience: Critical Care Unit and Medical-Surgical unit • Desired skills include: assisting with ADLs, full set vitals, POC blood glucose, Foley care/emptying, bladder scan, removing PIVs, emptying ostomy pouches, 1:1 sitter care, operating lift equipment, postmortem care, occupied bed changes, behavioral health/withdrawal patient care, donning/doffing PPE, attaching telemetry leads, strict I&Os for drains, ambulation assistance with drains/walker, chest tubes, and gait belt application/usage • Must be a hard worker, resilient, adaptable to change, and able to work independently while completing tasks in a timely manner • Willingness to collaborate with team and ancillary staff to ensure the best patient experience • Scrubs: Any clean and work-appropriate scrubs acceptable • Required education: High School Diploma • Preferred education: Associate Degree or Certificate • Radius rule: Must reside 50+ miles from facility Facility: This facility is a full-service inpatient hospital offering a range of clinical services including critical care, medical-surgical, and long-term care units. The organization supports a collaborative, team-oriented environment and utilizes Epic as its electronic health records system. The facility serves a regional patient population and maintains multiple affiliated locations, providing staff with diverse clinical exposure across various inpatient settings.
