The Part-Time Field Sales and Marketing Representative acts as the frontline ambassador for the beverage brand, driving sales, building relationships with accounts, and executing high-impact marketing activities across assigned territories. This position is hands‑on, focused on both sales and brand-building at retail and hospitality locations.
Key Responsibilities
Prospects for new business and manages existing accounts, targeting bars, restaurants, grocery stores, liquor stores, and other retail outlets to grow product placement and distribution.
Monitors stock levels, manages orders, and provides feedback on product performance and market trends to internal teams.
Skills and Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in sales, marketing, or a related field preferred.
3+ years of B2B sales experience, ideally in beverages or consumables.
Strong relationship-building and communication skills, both verbal and written.
Ability to manage time, routes, and priorities independently within the assigned territory.
Resourceful, adaptable, and results-oriented, with a passion for brand-building.
Knowledge of beverage industry trends, regulations, and product categories.
Proficiency in using CRM software and reporting tools.
