$60K–$75K Base + Uncapped Bonus | $100K–$125K+ Potential
We’re looking for a results-driven Branch Finance & Sales Manager to lead both the sales and finance/collections operations of a high-performing branch. This is a leadership role for someone who can drive revenue, develop teams, and manage portfolio performance, all while delivering an excellent customer experience.
What You’ll Get
Base Salary: $60,000 – $75,000 (based on experience)
Total Compensation: $100,000 – $125,000+ annually

What You’ll Do
Hire, train, and lead a team
Drive branch sales performance and consistently hit targets
Manage the full sales cycle and ensure strong CRM utilization
Oversee underwriting decisions and portfolio health
Monitor and improve delinquency and charge-offs
Forecast sales and performance metrics
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention
Maintain compliance with company policies and standards
Support and step in for the Branch General Manager as needed
What We’re Looking For
Sales management and/or consumer finance/collections leadership experience
Subprime lending experience is a plus
Proven ability to lead teams and hit performance targets
Strong business acumen and problem-solving skills
Customer-focused mindset
Comfortable using CRM systems and technology
Valid driver’s license
Schedule
No Sundays
42–48 hours per week
Store Hours: 9AM–7PM (Mon–Fri), 9AM–4PM (Saturday)
