The salary for this position is $95k - $110k.
The Business Analyst will be responsible for, but not limited to, the following:
RESPONSIBILITIES
Conduct market, industry, and financial research to support deal sourcing, investment evaluation, and strategic decision‑making
Build and maintain financial models, forecasts, and performance dashboards to assess investment opportunities and portfolio performance
Support due diligence efforts, including data gathering, analysis, and risk assessment for potential investments
Monitor portfolio performance and prepare periodic reports with actionable insights for leadership
Assist with investor and board communications, including preparation of presentations and reporting materials
Provide cross‑functional project management and strategic support, including business development, marketing initiatives, and ad hoc analysis
The Business Analyst will possess the following:
EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics, or a related field
4+ years of experience in business analysis, finance, financial reporting, etc.; manufacturing background preferred
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
High degree of initiative and the ability to work independently in a fast‑paced environment
Strong proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and preferably AI and data/BI tools
