This is a hands‑on, individual contributor role responsible for the full sales cycle—not a people management position. Significant long‑term growth and promotion potential is available with this expanding U.S.-based manufacturer.
Key Responsibilities
Own the full sales cycle for fill‑finish equipment, including syringe, vial, cartridge, and tube filling systems
Develop and execute territory plans targeting pharmaceutical, biotech, and cosmetic manufacturers, leveraging existing qualified Salesforce leads while proactively generating new opportunities.
Engage cross‑functional customer stakeholders including engineering, operations, quality, validation, and procurement
Lead consultative, technical solution selling in collaboration with engineering and applications teams
Prepare proposals, quotations, and support commercial negotiations
Maintain accurate pipeline management, forecasting, and CRM data (Salesforce)
Represent the company at customer sites and industry trade shows
Qualifications
5+ years of capital equipment sales experience, preferably within pharmaceutical, biotech, medical device, or cosmetic manufacturing
Demonstrated success developing and growing customer relationships
Strong understanding of GMP, validation, and regulated manufacturing environments
Ability to sell engineered‑to‑order systems and complex automation solutions; experience with syringe, vial, cartridge, or tube filling equipment is a strong plus
Willingness to travel approximately 40–60%; some overnight travel required, with travel primarily concentrated within the territory: TX, AZ, NM, SoCal
