Job Summary
Growing industrial supply company is seeking an experienced sales leader to coach and mentor a team of field sales reps. This person will have the autonomy to build out the sales structure, implement KPIs, create comp plans, and bring their expertise to the organization.
Qualified candidates will have a minimum of 5 or more years of stable and current experience managing an outside B2B sales team. Must have deep experience hunting for net new business and self-sourcing leads. Those coming from uniform rental, chemicals, or industrial services are highly desirable! Salary of $125-150K + lucrative commission plan , company credit card for all expenses and fantastic healthcare coverage! Short interview process and ready to hire.
Responsibilities Grow and lead a team of field sales representatives; coach and mentor to achieve sales targets; build out the sales structure; implement KPIs; create compensation plans; contribute strategic direction to the organization.
Qualifications Minimum 5 years of stable and current experience managing an outside B2B sales team; strong track record in hunting net new business; experience self-sourcing leads; candidate backgrounds from uniform rental, chemicals, or industrial services are highly desirable.
