DUTIES, RESPONSIBILITIES AND SKILLS
Relies on instructions and pre-established guidelines
Conducts unit testing by writing specflow tests
Can implement fix for high priority issues
Writes APIs
Can suggest process to improve work
Can analyze business rules
Ability to investigate on reported bugs even when only general details are provided
Mentors juniors and peers
Can act as technical lead when needed
Can work on complicated functionalities such as download, upload etc.
Understands the deployment process
Leads a small team
