Level 1 end-user support
for desktops, laptops, printers, and peripherals Install, configure, and troubleshoot
hardware, operating systems, and standard applications Support
Windows/macOS environments , basic networking, and user access issues Perform
IMAC activities
(Install, Move, Add, Change) Escalate complex issues to L2/L3 teams as needed Deliver
onsite and remote support
