Role Description This is a full‑time on‑site role for a Sales Manager – Replacement Windows, located in Albuquerque, NM. The Sales Manager will oversee the sales processes, manage a team of sales professionals, and ensure customer satisfaction. Responsibilities include developing sales strategies, meeting revenue goals, coordinating with installation teams, and maintaining positive client relationships. Qualifications
Strong sales and account management skills, with experience in sales target achievement
Leadership, team management, and mentoring experience
Familiarity with market analysis and strategic planning
Knowledge of replacement windows industry and home improvement sales is a must
Proficiency in CRM software and sales tools
Minimum of a bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred
Previous experience in a similar role is highly desirable
