As an Outside Sales Representative at Hodge Industrial, you will operate as the owner of a defined territory, managing the full sales cycle and building long‑term customer relationships within the manufacturing sector.

What You’ll Do You will
own and grow a defined territory of industrial and manufacturing customers , managing opportunities from first contact through long‑term account development.
Key Responsibilities
Own and grow a defined sales territory
Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to close
Develop new business through prospecting, networking, and referrals
Build and maintain long‑term customer relationships
Conduct on‑site visits to understand operational needs
Recommend equipment and service solutions
Build and grow a significant book of business
Coordinate with service and support teams to deliver results
Serve as a trusted advisor to customers

Requirements
3–5+ years of successful outside B2B sales experience
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding quotas
Strong communication and relationship‑building skills
Valid driver’s license and ability to travel within territory
Comfortable using modern technology (CRM, Google Workspace, etc.)
Preferred
Industrial, manufacturing, construction, or technical sales experience
Experience selling capital equipment or services
Mechanical aptitude or technical curiosity
