I’m partnering with a fast‑growing Series B global payments company expanding its North America team. They’re looking for a player‑coach Sales Manager to lead and develop a team selling complex mid‑market & enterprise deals.
What they’re looking for:
2+ years in a sales leadership / player‑coach role
Background in payments, fintech, FX, or financial services strongly preferred
Proven ability to coach AEs across outbound, discovery, qualification, and closing
Experience selling into senior finance stakeholders (CFO, Treasurer, Head of Finance)
Strong forecasting, pipeline management, and CRM discipline
Commercially sharp, data‑driven, and comfortable in a scaling environment
Confident in leading multi‑stakeholder, long sales cycle deals
What you’ll do:
Lead and coach a team of AEs while carrying a personal quota
Drive pipeline quality, forecasting accuracy, and sales execution
Help build a high‑performance sales culture as the company scales in North America
