WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR The Sales Manager for Senox is responsible for fostering strong relationships between the company, its customers, and employees to drive the business forward, leading to profitable growth and success for all.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Train new Customer Reps and develop existing Customer Reps
Drive steady growth of profitable top‑line revenues through increased units sold at Senox branches
Grow the average number of active customers at Senox
Provide leadership to the Customer Reps
Partner with Branch Operations to acquire and develop customers using intelligence gathered
Partner with the Marketing Team to provide feedback on active campaigns
Maintain the Senox culture in all dealings
Prioritize personal growth and development as a leader
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES
Knowledge of outside B2B sales
Ability to lead and develop others
Experience with ERP and CRM software tools
Excellent interpersonal skills for dealing with employees and customers
Ability to manage multiple functions simultaneously
Ability to accurately perform in‑depth mathematical calculations and prepare reports
Ability to maintain strict confidentiality of financial information
Attention to detail
Effective communication of detailed and/or technical information
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
5+ years of experience in outside B2B sales
Experience in a sales leadership role
Experience in a manufacturing environment is preferred
Valid driver’s license and ability to pass a background check
