Develop and maintain strong relationships with key accounts across North America, driving sales growth for data center liquid cooling, power supply, optical modules, and related products. Identify new business opportunities and expand strategic customer partnerships within data center, AI infrastructure, cloud computing, networking, and enterprise hardware markets. Collaborate closely with internal R&D, engineering, and product teams to develop a deep understanding of the company’s technologies, products, and solutions. Recommend and deliver customized technical and commercial solutions based on customer requirements and project needs. Manage customer decision-making processes, identify key stakeholders, prioritize customer requirements, and drive project progress through successful implementation. Build and maintain long-term customer relationships while monitoring market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments. Develop and execute sustainable sales strategies to achieve company revenue targets and strategic business goals. Support RFQ/RFP processes, pricing discussions, contract negotiations, and business reviews with customers. Represent the company at customer meetings, trade shows, and industry events to strengthen market presence and business opportunities. Complete additional assignments and projects as directed by management. Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree or above in Business, Engineering, Electronics, or related field. Fluent in both English and Chinese (Mandarin) with strong listening, speaking, reading, and writing skills. 5+ years of sales experience in data center liquid cooling, power supplies, optical modules, or related technology products. Proven track record of successful sales achievements and customer account development preferred. Strong understanding of data center infrastructure, server hardware, AI computing, cloud technologies, or networking environments is highly preferred. Excellent communication, interpersonal, negotiation, and presentation skills. Strong self-motivation, execution ability, coordination capability, and teamwork spirit. High level of professionalism with strong problem-solving and customer management abilities. Based in Silicon Valley and comfortable with occasional domestic and international travel. Preferred Qualifications
Existing customer network within hyperscalers, OEMs, server manufacturers, cloud service providers, or enterprise infrastructure companies. Experience supporting technical sales cycles and cross-functional project coordination. Familiarity with global supply chain and manufacturing environments.
