Support a high-volume vulnerability management initiative (~1M records/week), ensuring data accuracy and driving improvements across systems and infrastructure.
Key Responsibilities
Validate and analyze large-scale vulnerability data
Improve database quality, reporting, and data reliability
Translate business needs into system requirements & specifications
Support system design, testing, and implementation
Identify data gaps, inconsistencies, and improvement areas
Create documentation (process flows, specs, training material)
Work independently while coordinating with stakeholders
Requirements
2+ years in Business Analysis / Project support
Strong data analysis skills (large datasets, databases)
Good technical understanding (security/vulnerability data preferred)
Experience with requirements gathering & documentation
Proficient in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Visio/UML
Detail-oriented and able to work independently
Preferred
Degree in CS, MIS, Business, or similar
Scripting / data structures knowledge
Experience in security or financial services
Working toward CBAP
