To support cloud transformation initiatives, the remote Azure Data Engineer will design, build, and maintain scalable data pipelines using Azure tools such as Azure Databricks and Azure Synapse, while ensuring a secure and efficient cloud environment. Key Responsibilities:
Design and develop end-to-end data ingestion and transformation pipelines using Azure tools Utilize Azure Databricks to optimize data processing jobs and manage workspaces and clusters Implement Infrastructure-as-Code for resource management and maintain CI/CD pipelines for automated deployments
Required Qualifications:
3+ years of hands-on experience in data engineering with Microsoft Azure Proficiency in Azure data services including Azure Databricks, Azure Data Factory, and Azure Synapse Analytics Experience with Azure DevOps for CI/CD and managing deployment pipelines Strong programming skills in Python/Scala and SQL Familiarity with infrastructure-as-code tools like Bicep or Terraform
