To support enterprise-level strategic priorities, the full-time Senior Analytics Analyst will lead high-impact analytical initiatives, optimize business performance across Sales, Marketing, and Operations, and mentor junior analysts in a remote environment. Key responsibilities
Lead analytical initiatives to optimize sales performance, customer acquisition, and retention strategies Partner with business stakeholders to define analytical goals and translate business questions into structured analyses Design and develop advanced analytical models using statistical techniques to evaluate performance and inform business strategies
Required qualifications
Bachelor's degree in a quantitative or technical field; Master's degree preferred 5+ years of experience in a business analytics role, preferably in a direct-to-consumer environment Advanced proficiency in SQL and experience with BI tools such as Tableau and Excel Strong understanding of statistical methods and modeling techniques applicable to business problems Proven ability to communicate insights clearly and impactfully through data visualization
