Responsibilities Under the supervision of the Information Technology Manager, the Information Technology Service Technician will assist in the overall successful management of the Agency’s computer-based information systems. This includes setting up personal computers with appropriate software to connect to network, providing technical support to agency staff at each location for all hardware/software troubleshooting, and installing third‑party peripherals (printers, scanners, etc). This person serves as the first response for Help Desk support for end users related to hardware and software problems and is also responsible for ordering computers and printer supplies.
Requirements Associate’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or related field OR Four years of professional experience in the Information Technology field and the obtainment of Associate’s Degree within 18 months of hire date in computer science, computer information systems or related field
Fingerprints, State and FBI criminal record reports, drug test, and central registry (CANIS) report will be required upon request. Our Agency maintains a drug‑free workplace.
Annual Salary Range $43,722 - $76,514
