As a Data Engineer Associate, You Will Support the design, development, and maintenance of data pipelines used to collect, process, and analyze program data Work with technical users to understand data needs, identify data sources, and help develop solutions that support analytics, automation, and AI/ML use cases Assist with ingesting, cleaning, transforming, and organizing structured and unstructured data, including time-series, test, telemetry, and operational data Help develop and maintain data workflows, scripts, dashboards, and tools that improve access to high-quality data Support data validation, data quality checks, and troubleshooting efforts to ensure data is accurate, reliable, and usable Collaborate with software engineers, systems engineers, AI/ML engineers, and program stakeholders to enable data-driven decision-making Maintain awareness of emerging data engineering, analytics, cloud, and AI/ML-enabling technologies Document data processes, workflows, and technical approaches to support repeatability, maintainability, and knowledge sharing To promote the sharing of ideas, Lockheed Martin cultivates a collaborative work environment that inspires differences and big-picture thinking.
