Provides support to end users in a variety of areas. Identifies, researches, and resolves technical problems. Responds to telephone calls, email, and personnel requests for technical support. Documents, tracks, and monitors problems or issues to ensure a timely resolution. Relies upon instruction and pre‑established guidelines to perform the functions of the job. Works under immediate supervision. Requirements
Degree in an IT‑related field or completion of a trade school. Current CompTIA A+ certification or obtain within 120 days of hire. Google IT Support Professional Certification within 120 days of hire (if not already current). HP Self‑Maintainer Certification within 120 days of hire. Benefits
