Job Overview
Lead and grow the sales team in assigned territories to achieve business objectives. Drive market growth plans and build strong relationships with stakeholders to increase market penetration. Responsibilities
Drive sales with the assigned team by partnering with operations to build market growth plans. Set goals and develop sales forecasts for each assigned territory with cross‑functional teams. Build regional strategic market plans to increase market penetration. Develop and implement promotional activities and ensure awareness across the region. Engage cross‑functionally to align sales efforts with branch management and service capabilities. Coach and develop Account Executives, Care Transition Specialists, and Care Transition Coordinators to focus on high‑impact opportunities. Provide productivity analysis and feedback to the sales team. Identify and develop training and development opportunities for the team. Serve as an expert in local market dynamics, payer issues, state regulations, and clinical disease states. Manage staffing, utilization, hiring, performance reviews, and training of team members. Identify opportunities and develop relationships with alliance partners outside the company. Ensure compliance with accreditation, legal, regulatory, and safety requirements. Delegate work and hold others accountable to focus on growth opportunities. Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree ideally in business or a clinical field, and 1‑2 years of B2B healthcare/medical sales leadership experience. High school diploma or some college and 5 years of related B2B healthcare/medical sales experience. Experience analyzing and reporting sales data to identify trends and drive improvement. Experience using and teaching time management skills for multiple project deadlines. Experience developing and delivering presentations to internal teams and external customers. Travel Requirements
Willing to travel at least 60% of the time for business purposes (within state and out of state). Preferred Qualifications
MBA in Business Administration with at least 4 years of pharmaceutical or healthcare sales experience. Prior experience selling strategic solutions to hospitals, health systems, and medical groups. Infusion/health care service experience in anti‑infective, nutrition, immunology/neurology, oncology, or transplant. Basic understanding of billing and reimbursement procedures for hospital, medical offices, and Medicare. One year of experience directly managing people, including hiring, developing, and directing teams. Experience leading team efforts within highly matrixed organizations. Salary and Benefits
Salary range: $115,005.32 – $191,683.02.
