The Sales Systems Administrator is responsible for maintaining the sales systems, preparing reports and analysis, and providing support to the Director of Sales and the sales team. The role requires strong organizational and analytical skills and the ability to manage confidential payroll, hotel, and associate information while ensuring SOX compliance.
Responsibilities
Maintain and update sales systems
Prepare reports and analysis for sales initiatives
Provide support to the Director of Sales and sales team
Manage confidential payroll, hotel, and associate information, ensuring SOX compliance
Monitor private information and uphold data security standards
Assist with advancement opportunities in sales and/or catering
Qualifications
A desire to satisfy the needs of others in a fast‑paced environment
Refined verbal and written communication skills
Basic hospitality industry knowledge
Ability to work independently and confidently
At least one year of sales or catering experience is a plus
Professional relationship building within the hotel environment
Proficiency with PowerPoint, Excel, and Word
Additional Information Team player attitude and interest in career advancement in sales and/or catering are encouraged.
