Overview Sales Representative position located at 5150 Nike Drive, Hilliard, Ohio 43026. Responsibilities Serve as the face of TruGreen, engaging homeowners face‑to‑face to understand their lawn care needs. Deliver custom lawn care solutions and guide homeowners from interest to commitment using TruGreen’s proven Sales Playbook. Conduct door‑to‑door outreach to new and existing customers with professionalism, energy and local knowledge. Customize sales messaging for each household, ensuring each pitch addresses unique yard requirements. Convert prospects who are “just looking” into signed contracts via a disciplined sales methodology. Log interactions and track performance using CRM tools to measure activity and follow‑through. Cross‑sell and upsell precisely, demonstrating additional lawn care options that enhance a customer’s yard. Qualifications High school diploma or GED; advanced education in people skills preferred. Previous sales or customer service experience is a plus, but passion and hustle are crucial. Valid driver’s license with a clean record; reliable and road‑ready. Strong communication skills—small talk and closing talk are both required. Excellent time‑management and a self‑starter mindset; you thrive without a constant “go” command. Comfortable with mobile technology; no coding required—just tap, swipe, and go. Physically able to walk, stand, and lift up to 25 pounds outdoors. Commitment to speaking, reading, and writing fluently in English. Must be physically located in the United States while performing this job. Benefits Competitive base pay plus uncapped commissions; average earnings $875–$1,200 per week (based on annual salary and qualified commissions).
