Job Overview We are seeking a self‑motivated, customer service‑oriented individual for a Counter Sales role. This full‑time position focuses on order entry at the sales counter and related duties such as warehouse tasks, stocking shelves, shipping products, and loading trucks. The workweek is Monday through Friday, with overtime opportunities during the busy season. Responsibilities Enter orders at the point of sale using the company computer system Interact with customers over the phone, via e‑mail, and in person Greet customers with a friendly attitude Use basic computer and phone skills to communicate product details and pricing Create sales orders and prepare quotes to estimate project costs and material quantities Schedule truck deliveries efficiently Maintain clear communication among manager, employees, and clients Keep a clean work environment and assist with cleaning duties as needed Acquire basic product knowledge to better serve customers Inform management of product needs and special‑order material requests Assist with inventory cycle counts, order picking, staging, and replenishment Handle shipping, receiving, loading, and unloading of delivery vehicles Perform other related duties as assigned Requirements Basic computer knowledge and internet use Experience with irrigation/landscaping products preferred (not required) Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred (not required) Forklift experience helpful Ability to lift 75 lbs; 50 lbs repetitively Pass a pre‑employment drug test Location National Structure – Miami, 13025 SW 87th Ave, Miami, FL 33176 Benefits Competitive weekly/bi‑weekly pay with discretionary bonuses 401(k) with company match Employee Stock Purchase Plan Paid time off: vacation, sick, volunteer, holidays, birthday, floating Medical, dental, and vision coverage Flexible spending accounts Company‑paid life and short‑term disability; optional long‑term disability Additional life insurance Equal Employment Opportunity We are an Equal Employment Opportunity employer.
