Senior Network Administrator We’re looking for a dynamic Senior Network Administrator to lead, support, and evolve our enterprise network and cloud environments. This pivotal role offers the opportunity to work in a hybrid setting, influencing our strategic technology roadmap while ensuring seamless connectivity, security, and performance across on‑premises and cloud platforms. Required Skills 6–8 years of experience supporting and engineering WAN and LAN networks Hands‑on expertise with virtualization technologies such as Microsoft Hyper‑V, VMware vSphere, and Linux‑based virtualization Proven experience supporting Microsoft Azure, especially in hybrid network and infrastructure scenarios Strong knowledge of routing, switching, firewalls, VPN technologies, SD‑WAN, backup, recovery, and disaster recovery planning Knowledge of Cisco/Meraki networking, cloud‑managed security, and wireless infrastructure Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate technical concepts into business insights Project management experience with a track record of leading or contributing to infrastructure initiatives Ability to participate in a rotational 24/7 on‑call support schedule Familiarity with Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, SAN switches, and Windows Server environments Supporting virtualized environments with VMware, Hyper‑V, or equivalents Nice to Have Skills Industry certifications such as Cisco, Microsoft, Citrix, VMware; Azure certifications (AZ‑104, AZ‑700) are strongly preferred Working knowledge of Azure Entra ID / Active Directory in hybrid setups Experience with Citrix NetScaler and Zscaler VPN solutions Deployment and management of Cisco Meraki solutions, including cloud‑managed networking and security Preferred Education and Experience Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field 6+ years of relevant professional experience supporting enterprise networks and cloud infrastructure MissionStaff is an equal opportunity employer.
