This is a hands-on mentorship opportunity for someone serious about building a career in real estate sales and learning directly from a top-producing agent in South Florida. This role offers real-world exposure to prospecting, client relationships, showings, negotiations, and the day-to-day of a high-performance luxury real estate business. Responsibilities Shadowing & Field Experience Accompany agent to property showings, listing appointments, inspections, broker opens, and client meetings Assist with property tours and showings Drive agent between appointments and assist with daily logistics
Support circle prospecting around active listings and recent sales Conduct cold-calling and follow-up outreach Assist with door knocking and neighborhood farming initiatives Research and identify new business opportunities and prospecting targets Help generate and nurture leads through consistent outreach efforts Qualifications Florida real estate license or currently pursuing one Strong interest in a long-term career in residential real estate sales Confident, personable, and comfortable speaking with people Willingness to cold call, prospect, and be in the field Coachable, organized, resourceful, and hardworking Reliable transportation and flexible schedule, including occasional evenings/weekends
