Who we’re looking for: To be successful in this role you’ll ideally have… - A degree in engineering (or equivalent experience). - Proven leadership experience in power, engineering, maintenance, or operations. - A strong understanding of hydro technologies and asset optimisation strategies. - Solid commercial awareness, including finance, procurement, and contracts. - In-depth knowledge of Health, Safety & Environmental legislation. - A track record of delivering results in fast-paced operational environments. - Experience in leading multi-disciplinary teams with high engagement and strong stakeholder management and relationship-building abilities. - Strong influencing and negotiation skills, able to develop team capability. - An analytical mindset with ability to interpret complex data for decision-making. - Experience with technical specifications, tendering, contractor management, and HSE compliance.
