Our client is seeking an experienced Network Engineer II, ready to bring their skills, experience, and energy to a great, growing team. What you'll be doing... Provide day-to-day support for restaurant-level network inquiries and incidents related to internet services, VPN, routing, firewall, and WiFi, including some on-call work as needed. Coordinate and oversee the implementation of infrastructure and IT equipment installation within the New Store Opening process. Perform firewall maintenance and management in accordance with PCI standards. Ensure PCI enforcement and remediation of vulnerabilities on restaurant-level networking equipment. Communicate and coordinate with various vendors, operations, facilities, and property management based on project/task needs. The right person has... Associate's degree in computer technology-related field required; Bachelor's degree preferred. Network Professional Certification (e.g., FCP, CCNA) strongly preferred. Minimum three years of relevant experience; experience with Infrastructure as Code practices and tools like Ansible, Terraform, or Python-based automation preferred. Strong computer/technology skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. Ability to embrace change and continuous learning.
