The DevOps Engineer is an important member of the engineering organization responsible for supporting reliable, scalable, and secure cloud infrastructure and deployment automation. This role partners closely with Software Engineering teams to improve CI/CD pipelines, manage infrastructure as code, and enhance the operational maturity of Faro Health's cloud-native SaaS platform. This position is ideal for an engineer who enjoys solving infrastructure and automation challenges, improving developer productivity, and contributing to modern DevOps practices across Azure, GCP, and AWS environments. Duties and Responsibilities
Support the design, implementation, and maintenance of scalable cloud infrastructure and deployment pipelines. Build and maintain CI/CD automation to improve software delivery velocity, consistency, and reliability. Assist in managing infrastructure as code using Terraform and related tooling. Collaborate with Software Engineering teams to support deployment automation and cloud-native application operations. Monitor system reliability, availability, and performance, helping troubleshoot production and infrastructure issues. Contribute to containerized application deployments using Kubernetes and Docker technologies. Participate in infrastructure improvements focused on scalability, security, and operational efficiency. Support platform observability through logging, monitoring, and alerting solutions. Research and evaluate emerging DevOps tools and technologies to improve engineering workflows and platform capabilities. Participate in on-call rotations and incident response activities as needed.
