UCC's Key Differentiators Longstanding family-owned firm that is one of preeminent heavy highway contractors in Western New York Proven track record of completing many of WNY's signature projects Career advancement opportunities Job Duties and Responsibilities Help manage and oversee all administrative aspects of a project Track labor and equipment usage and complete time sheets daily Complete Daily MURK Sheets file Put together force account submissions for extra work Manage and code all material tickets Help review Subcontractor invoicing process and ensure accurate billing and charged to right cost codes Prepare Submittals Prepare purchase orders and subcontracts. Assist in preparation of all project documents and correspondence Assist in the preparation of project schedules Submit requests for information. Develop and maintain good relationships with project owners and stakeholders Qualifications: Bachelor's degree. Civil Engineering or Construction Management is a plus Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office products, including Excel, Word, and Outlook Strong Business writing and communication skills Strong organizational skills Strong attention to detail Benefits 401k Plan with 15% of pay employer profit sharing contribution after 1 year of service Full health insurance fully funded by the employer for all policy types. I.e. family coverage with no payroll deduction 80 hours of personal leave on first January 1st after 6 months employment, pro-rata amount from 6 months to January 1st. Paid Holidays: Memorial Day, 4th of July, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Friday after Thanksgiving, Half Day Christmas Eve, Christmas Day
