We're seeking an outside sales representative who can develop a sales strategy to build new and expand current customer relationships. We support our sales team with the tools, training, management, and competitive compensation to ensure your success. Responsibilities
Maintain a professional appearance Inspect properties and create repair plans Maximize every lead and appointment assigned Achieve sales targets Build winning relationships, both with clients and team members Follow sales processes Bilingual is a plus Position us as the clear and obvious choice in our market through competitive analysis and product trends Show our solution to prospects with sales presentations, negotiate deals, and obtain sales contract signatures Identify and pursue sales leads, prospective new clients and move them through the sales pipeline from qualification to close stages Meet or surpass the monthly quota for sold business and lead requirements/ revenue-generating activities Pinpoint and overcome potential obstacles such as competition, pain points, budgets, and timelines by qualifying your prospective customers quickly and thoroughly
Qualifications
Clean driving record with an active driver's license Construction experience preferred High school or equivalent diploma required; industry or product knowledge preferred At least 2 years of outside sales experience preferred Stellar communication, presentation, persuasion, interpersonal, and negotiating skills Deadlines and details motivate you to provide exceptional customer service to your prospects, clients, and team alike Ability to meet and exceed monthly quota in sales
