Overview
GovCIO is hiring a Cybersecurity Analyst to provide cybersecurity, compliance, and accreditation support for Air Combat Command (ACC) missions at Langley AFB, ensuring the implementation, maintenance, and continuous monitoring of NIPR, SIPR, and DRSN enclaves. This role supports Risk Management Framework (RMF), TEMPEST, and Authority to Operate (ATO) requirements across multiple systems and secure network environments. This is an onsite position at Langley AFB, VA.
Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
RMF & Accreditation Support
Generate, update, and manage Xacta and eMASS accreditation packages for NIPR, SIPR, and DRSN systems.
Review and update RMF artifacts including:
System Security Plans (SSPs)
Configuration Management Plans
Security Assessment Reports
POA&Ms
Continuous Monitoring Checklists\
Coordinate compliance actions with ISSMs, DAOs, and system owners to maintain or renew ATOs.
Cybersecurity Compliance & Vulnerability Management
Review vulnerability scans and perform corrective actions across all system hardware and software.
Ensure systems are configured and validated in compliance with STIG requirements.
Conduct vulnerability and compliance scanning as part of continuous monitoring schedules.\
Technical Cyber Support
Assess, update, and maintain documentation for DRSN, NIPR, and SIPR ATO packages.
Serve in an Information System Security Manager (ISSM) capacity for supported systems.
Support patch management, antivirus updates, and secure configuration enforcement across enclaves.
Provide cybersecurity support aligned with 633 CS missions to deliver secure, reliable and continuously improving warfighting communication operations.
Qualifications
Required Skills & Qualifications
Security Clearance
Clearance: TS SCI
Must be eligible for all required government access cards.
High School with 9+ years (or commensurate experience)
Technical Expertise
Strong knowledge of RMF
,
NIST, and USAF cybersecurity standards.
Experience with Xacta
,
eMASS, and vulnerability scanning tools.
Ability to manage cybersecurity documentation throughout the system lifecycle.
Experience with network enclave support (NIPR, SIPR, DRSN).
Familiarity with TEMPEST requirements.
Other Requirements
Ability to work onsite at Langley AFB, VA.
Ability to support classified and unclassified work environments.
Travel as required under DoD and Task Order guidelines.
Preferred Skills
Prior cybersecurity experience supporting Air Force Communications Squadrons.
Experience supporting enterprise-level ATO renewals and continuous monitoring.
Posted Salary Range
USD $110,000.00 - USD $133,000.00 /Yr.
