We are seeking a highly skilled data and analytics professional with over 10 years of experience to lead the design, architecture, and implementation of scalable data platforms. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in data architecture, cloud-based analytics solutions, and client data integration, along with strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills. This role will be instrumental in building a robust data ecosystem to support analytics, reporting, and emerging AI-driven initiatives within a pharma domain context, particularly in patient support programs. Key Responsibilities: Architecture & Design Lead end-to-end architecture design for enterprise data and analytics platforms. Define scalable, reliable, and secure data architecture patterns for structured and unstructured data. Design data integration frameworks, pipelines, and data models to support analytics and reporting. Client Data Integration Architect and implement solutions for ingesting and processing data from client platforms (e.g., Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Health Cloud). Ensure data quality, consistency, and governance across client and downstream systems. Cloud & Data Platforms Design and build scalable solutions leveraging modern cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP). Implement data lakes, data warehouses, and lakehouse architectures. Optimize data processing frameworks for performance and cost efficiency. Analytics & Reporting Enable BI and reporting solutions using tools like Power BI, Tableau, or similar. Ensure data availability and performance for downstream analytics and reporting teams. Support advanced analytics use cases including predictive and prescriptive analytics. AI & Advanced Capabilities (Nice to Have) Contribute to AI/ML initiatives including data preparation for machine learning models. Drive adoption of AI-enabled analytics and automation solutions. Stakeholder Management Collaborate with business stakeholders, product owners, and IT teams to align technical solutions with business goals. Translate business requirements into technical architecture and actionable road maps. Present architecture designs and solutions to senior leadership. Governance & Best Practices Establish and enforce data governance, security, and compliance standards. Promote best practices in data modeling, ETL/ELT processes, and DevOps. Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements, especially within the pharma domain. Required Skills & Qualifications: 10 years of experience in data engineering, data architecture, or analytics platforms Strong expertise in: data architecture (data modeling, warehousing, integration), ETL/ELT tools and frameworks, cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP Proven experience in client data integration and architecture Experience designing scalable, enterprise-grade data platforms Knowledge of BI/reporting tools (Power BI, Tableau, etc.) Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills Demonstrated experience in stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration Nice to Have: Experience with AI/ML implementation or data support for AI initiatives Knowledge of patient support programs (PSP) in the pharma/life sciences domain Familiarity with data governance and compliance standards (HIPAA, GDPR, etc.) Soft Skills: Strong leadership and decision-making capability Excellent verbal and written communication skills Ability to influence stakeholders and drive consensus Strategic thinking with a hands-on mindset
